Online Security

Handle Your Personal Data Carefully

Do not share your personal information with anyone, such as your home address, credit card number, or email. Malicious actors may use this information for their own purposes.

Protect Your Wallet

Do not send money to unfamiliar users. According to statistics, 99% of requests for financial assistance come from scammers. Unfortunately, you won’t be able to get your money back, and we won’t be able to help you. If you encounter such a request, immediately report the profile to protect yourself and other users.

Communicate Only Through the App

Communicate only on to protect yourself. We use a range of filters and settings to make your communication safe and friendly so that you don’t encounter aggression or negativity.

Be Cautious with Long-Distance Relationships

There may be cases where you are asked for money under the pretext of returning home or coming to you. Never send money to strangers and do not believe sad stories about financial problems. We recommend meeting in person and deciding on the spot whether you are willing to help or not.

If you encounter a user who violates our rules, block and report them.

Request Recent Photos

We don’t want you to be disappointed in your choice. Ask for recent photos of your partner before meeting to understand how they really look.

Don’t Agree to Dates Under Pressure

Agree to a date only if you really want to. You are not obligated to force yourself to do something you don’t want to do.

Call Before Meeting

Always try to call your new friend before meeting.

Inform Your Family or Friends About the Upcoming Date

Tell your friends where and with whom you are going. Ask them to periodically write and call you to make sure everything is okay. Make sure your phone is charged and has a positive balance. Let your friends know when you will return home.

Use Your Own Transport or Call a Taxi

Never agree to a first date at your home or at your partner’s home. We recommend not sharing your home address until you get to know the person better.

Consider a Plan B

Dates are not always successful. Think in advance of a reason to leave the meeting to avoid negative consequences.

Choose Public Places for Meetings

We understand that a nighttime date can be very romantic, but please be careful. Keep your wallet, phone, and other valuables close at hand. If you decide to drink or have a snack, only accept dishes from the waiter or bartender. Watch your drinks so that no one can add prohibited substances to them.
